**Meaningful Work From Day One**: As part of the Trade Marketing team France-BeLux, reporting to Marketing, the Trade Marketing Manager On Trade is the guarantor of the perfect execution of Brown-Forman brands Equity at the Point of Consumption and acts as the "transmission belt" between marketing and sales departments, enabling the successful implementation/execution of marketing activation strategies and plans for On Trade channel (On Premise venues and Cavists), both in terms of recommendation, design, implementation, management and analysis. You will be under the responsibility of the Senior Trade Marketing Manager France-BeLux, who is driving the trade marketing strategy, and act as the n°2 of the team embracing cross-channel projects. **What You Can Expect**: - Define and develop the annual On Trade trade marketing and Events plan at strategic and tactical level setting the KPIs and planning in collaboration with Brand Marketing and Sales team, by analyzing past activation programs, sharing your recommendations and optimizations, maximizing ROI and brand equity building. - Define, deploy and execute the promotional Gift plan (On and O trade) by brand, working in close contact with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Finance departments, leading external agencies. - Be the expert of the On-premise, Prestige, and Cavistes venues, a key brand-building channel, and the reference for strategic initiatives. - Develop digital activations assets for On Trade and eCom customers, based on the plans defined by eCom team. - Be an active player, maximising synergies between On and O Trade and between France and BeLux, in terms of activations and POS Materials to reduce complexity. - Manage, report, and monitor the allocated budget in close partnership with finance and the rest of the trade marketing team. - Collect and share competitor’s activations, best practices to have a better understanding of the On Trade market and consumers/shoppers, in order to nourish the trade marketing strategy. - Lead and develop a team of two people, 1 super premium talent, and 1 event talent. You will play a cornerstone role in these specific missions: - Activations programs at Point of Consumption Define and develop, with the brand marketing teams, the activation concepts, providing a "field" perspective on the type and quantity of animation to be developed (from agency brief to field execution). You present activation programs to the sales team, setting and monitoring, scheduling, ensuring excellence in execution, and course-correcting if needed. You define and monitor the budgets associated with these activations, while respecting your budget “envelope”. - POS Material for field sales force Following annual brand plans, you will recommend out-of-European, close-countries assets, the catalog of field resources in line with the in-store activation plans. In addition, you manage the development of specific resources with procurement teams. You present all material to the sales team, following up on quotas, ensuring POSM is delivered on time in full at the warehouse. You manage the POS Shop interface, with the integration of new items. - Strategic Thinking/Evaluation & Recommendations You will actively participate in brands' strategic plans by analyzing implemented Trade Marketing activation programs, sharing recommendations and areas for optimization, maximizing ROI and brand equity building. You will provide brand teams with your insights and competitive benchmarks in order to build strong plans. - Field Sales Team Relations You will be the expert and key contact for the On Trade channel, by maintaining a close relationship with the field teams, thanks to a weekly call (with Regional Managers and Regional KAM). You will actively promote marketing strategies with the field teams, particularly during national and regional meetings. You will develop and manage brand activations in conjunction with the National Field Manager and the Regional Managers. - Team Management You will lead and develop a team of two people (1 Trade Marketing Manager Super Premium, and 1 Trade Marketing Specialist/Events Manager), with a warm leadership style, in a collaborative working environment through regular coaching, development plan, and proper succession planning. **What You Bring to the Table**: - Education: Master's Degree (M.A., MBA, or Equivalent); Master's Degree Certifications: Marketing - Experience: 5/6 years of experience (including internships) in Trade Marketing or operational marketing.
