**About You**

As the Process Engineer Tissue Machine in our Rouen Mill, you will study and optimize the paper manufacturing process in compliance with Quality rules and health, safety and environmental constraints to achieve the site's paper reel production objectives in terms of costs, deadlines and quantities.

You will report to the Operations Manager of the Mill and you will manage 2 direct reports.

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Define and ensure the monitoring and optimization of equipment parameters to increase the productivity of the Tissue Machine workshop, guarantee good product quality, while minimizing activity costs for the company (throughput, reduction of waste rates, etc.)
- Coordinate with the quality department the way to manage non-conformities
- Monitor and implement product development tests and tests (MSR/RSR) defined by the plant or the Group
- Manage some supplies in relation to the process (e.g. chemicals and products required for testing)
- Support the implementation of changes in terms of organization (staff, machine, procedures, etc.), working conditions and team training.
- Define the production cycle in collaboration with the schedule
- Support problem solving during working groups with continuous improvement tools
(ex. LEAN)
- Internal Auditor Quality / Environment
- Participates in HACCP product contamination risk analyses
- Leads the HSE standards EPS 1.0 (chemical management), EPS 2.0 (water consumption) and EPS 4.0 (industrial effluent management)

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:

- Engineering degree or equivalent (5 years of higher education)
- Previous experience as a process engineer, preferably in the paper industry
- Mastery of project management, IT tools (Microsoft Office / Machine supervision).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean: 4SPS, 5S, TPM), of the quality standards applicable on the site (ISO 9001, BRC, IFS, FSC) and of environmental standards (ISO 14001) and HSE requirements (regulatory and corporate), particularly concerning the use of chemicals, water consumption and industrial waste
- Internal auditor qualification
- Application of the HACCP contamination risk analysis method
- Lean Blue Belt certification as a nice to have
- Fluent French, Good English
