PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our client based in Normandy, France who manufactures several OTC products globally is looking to onboard MS&T engineers to help with product introductions to the site, namely Liquids and Capsules non aseptic. This person would preferably start mid to late January latest early February 2026.

  • Technology Transfer: Moving processes from development to manufacturing, including gap analysis and documentation.
  • Process Optimization: Enhancing efficiency, yield, and reliability of production steps.
  • Scale-Up: Adapting processes for larger-scale production.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Investigating deviations, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Validation & Qualification: Managing equipment, materials, and process validation (FAT/SAT/CQV), this person will not be responsible for equipment validation but addressing issues around equipment problems.
  • Material Management: Technical evaluation of raw materials, excipients, and suppliers.
  • Documentation: Authoring SOPs, protocols, reports, and supporting regulatory filings (CMC).
  • Experience with Tablets, Capsules, Semi Solids, Ointments or Gels desired
  • Pharmaceutical Chemical background a must, this is not a biotech requirement
