Winning Moves is a Games Company. We make games, sell games and play games; international

family favourites like Top Trumps, Monopoly, Cluedo, Risk, Connect and Pass the Pigs, alongside emerging products like Lexicon Go, Top Trumps Match and Whot We work with our own, and licensed, IP.

Winning Moves was founded in 1997 and has its international HeadQuarters, “The Hub”, in Paddington, London. We now have offices in France, Germany, Spain, Poland,Italy, Australia and the US and our games are sold around the world. We work with internationally recognised entertainment brands and have strategic licensor partners across the world including: Hasbro, Disney, Warner Brothers, Mattel, and Nickelodeon.

**The Role**

As a Product Developer, the focus of your role will be to develop creative content for a variety of new licenced and generic product lines, within our existing games portfolio. You will work closely with the project management team and the internal studio resource, as well as licensors, partners and external suppliers to take your projects from kick-off, to content generation, through approval and then to production. Throughout this process you will follow a project plan, maintaining a clear line of communication with the department head, project manager, Brand Assurance team and the rest of the creative department. You will be involved in a number of projects at any given time, and the ability to manage a varied and challenging workload, in a fast-paced environment, is crucial. Based in our Montreuil office, you will work on global retail products for France and for different destinations and B2B promotional games.

**Responsibilities**
- You will be required to gain a thorough understanding of the product themes and engage in creative kick-off meetings with the relevant licensors or partners. You will bring a host of creative ideas to the table, demonstrating passion and interest for your projects, whilst ensuring you have a clear understanding of licensor expectations and brand guidelines that must be adhered to as well as approval processes.
- You will be responsible for managing relationships with licensors and clients, ensuring our own brand guidelines are adhered to.
- You will work on conceptualizing all aspects of the product, including written content, proposed graphic layout and physical components. Familiarization with style-guides and creative content is crucial to this, and you will be required to collate all relevant assets in order to effectively brief the project into one of our studios.
- You will be responsible for submitting artwork to licensors and partners, managing and executing creative feedback, and ensuring that work quality is consistently high throughout.
- You will conduct product reviews together with project management, Brand Assurance and Artwork Compliance teams at various times throughout the development of the product, managing and executing feedback in a professional manner.
- You will ensure artwork and component designs are submitted to the relevant suppliers, and you will be closely involved in approvals of all artwork and prototypes for manufacture.
- You will manage all pre-production samples for licensor approvals.
- You will ensure all necessary product information is available at the relevant times throughout the development process, by demonstrating effective work planning and organization. You will be available for regular online meetings with the Winning Moves Project Management and Creative Teams in global offices.

**Essential Experience and Skills**
- Experience of a voluntary or employed creative role, in which language, artwork and

product development has been central.
- Fluent in written and spoken French with excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation skills and competent in English communication
- A proven ability in communication to other members of a team and adherence to project

deadlines.
- Strong research capabilities.
