HRS is looking for an experienced IT professional to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for installing, configuring and supporting hospitality products as well as it’s associated interfaces.
- Ensure that our PMS/POS solutions meet all the specifications and functions that are unique to each of our Hospitality clients.
- Be familiar with and adhere to the latest training and installation standards and project implementation procedures.

Main requirements:

- Experience in installing/configuring/training Hospitality PMS and/or POS products, familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL is a huge advantage.
- General technical IT experience as it relates to installing Hardware and troubleshooting that Hardware.
- Good interpersonal skills with both customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work unsupervised or as a team member of both the local office team and wider company teams.
- Able to travel extensively within your region.

- Fluency in English both written and spoken as it is the primary language of communication.
