Joining Artelys means, above all, becoming part of a stimulating environment, made up of passionate experts and giving yourself the opportunity to take part in projects addressing various complex issues, notably addressing the major challenges of our time. **Job description**: Integrated within the Data science department, you will jointly intervene on **R&D and client projects** to lead innovative projects focused on data and applied mathematics (Statistics, Machine/Deep Learning): Your main tasks will be as follows: - Lead project teams of 2 to 3 Data Scientists and/or Data Engineers and actively contribute to the realization of certain Data Science and AI missions requiring your expertise in certain technical domains. - Evaluate the risks that may occur during implementation and set up project structures and management tools (dashboards, indicators, committee organization) to cover them - Define the needs in terms of human resources and technical skills necessary to meet deadlines, respect costs, and deliver a solution that meets client needs - Understand client data challenges (business, strategic) and take charge of pre-sales by bringing your expertise and relying on the sales teams - Mentor junior consultants in developing their skills by capitalizing on your experiences **Profile**: - You have at least **3 years of experience** in designing, **implementing, and deploying** advanced Data Science methods in a company or as part of a thesis - You have at least **2 years** of **project or team management experience** in Data Science and are interested in pursuing a career with a strong management dimension - You have skills in Python and/or R development - You are motivated by project management and the responsibility of leading a team, managing a budget, and meeting deadlines - You can reconcile the client’s business vision, the Data Scientist’s technical vision, and the company’s economic vision - You are autonomous, rigorous, and have a strong sense of listening and interpersonal skills - Any experience in our main business sectors (Energy, Transport, Mobility, Health) will be valued Experiencing strong growth, Artelys is looking for proactive and creative collaborators who are concerned about the added value of their work and motivated to contribute to the development of our activities. **Working conditions**: - Permanent contract, managerial status with a 4-month probationary period. - Up to 2 days of remote work per week possible. - Flexible working hours. - Offices located in the city center of each city where we are located **Recruitment process**: Step 1: An initial technical interview via video conference with two recruiters (45 minutes x 2). Step 2: A second interview via video conference with two other recruiters, as well as a brief 15-minute discussion with the CEO of Artelys (45 minutes x 2 + 15 minutes).
