**ENTER THE GAME**

As a **Growth & Marketing Intern**, you will be part of the Casino team, reporting to the Casino Growth Manager. This internship will give you the opportunity to discover the dynamics of a fast-paced and international environment, while contributing to impactful marketing initiatives and developing your skills in digital marketing and operations.

**YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC**

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the configuration and execution of promotional campaigns for our casino customers, helping deliver a best-in-class player experience.
- Assisting in the coordination of cross-functional teams (Design, CRM, Customer Service, Local Marketing ) to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Contributing to the planning and execution of monthly marketing roadmaps, from campaign setup to communication preparation.
- Helping with the launches of key casino games and participating in initiatives to maximize their visibility and performance.
- Taking part in product feature testing and rollout support.
- Providing assistance in resolving customer claims that require marketing input, in collaboration with Customer Service.
- Monitoring casino industry trends and contributing to competitor analysis.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for passionate and curious students who bring kindness and enthusiasm to the team

This internship is for you if:

- You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Digital Marketing (or equivalent).
- You have at least 6 months of experience (internship, apprenticeship) in digital functions, e-commerce, start-up (or equivalent)
- You have strong academic foundations and an interest in digital marketing, operations, or the gaming/entertainment sector.
- You are curious about digital technologies, platforms, and tools (including mobile and tablet environments).
- You are organized, eager to learn, and proactive in problem-solving.
- You are comfortable with Excel and motivated to develop your skills in marketing tools and platforms.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment.
- You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

**WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?**

Next, you will meet Etienne (Casino Growth Manager), your future manager.
Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning) and have a chat with the rest of the team.
Finally, Benoit will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
