In this context of rapid growth ($25M raised in Series B in March 2022), we are looking for a **Growth Marketing Manager** to participate in building our artificial intelligence platform dedicated to the proper use of medication.
**Who are we looking for?**:
We are seeking an ambitious **Growth Marketing Manager** to take ownership of our lead generation and conversion optimization efforts in France and the United States. You will design and execute digital campaigns, analyze user journeys, and develop a community of end-users to strengthen brand engagement. This role is perfect for a high-performing marketing professional ready to drive growth strategies in a fast-growing HealthTech startup.
***Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define personas and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Implement retargeting strategies to capture hot leads and maximize conversions.
**Conversion Rate Optimization**
- Analyze the user journey to identify friction points and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to adjust actions based on results.
**Community Development and Engagement.**
- Create and manage a community of end-users to generate feedback and strengthen brand engagement.
- Implement gamification and loyalty initiatives to encourage interactions and positive word-of-mouth.
- Conduct competitive and industry monitoring to adapt strategies according to market trends.
**Internal Collaboration and Sales Support**
- Work closely with sales teams to align lead generation campaigns with sales objectives.
- Provide insights and analysis on campaigns to adjust sales and marketing strategies.
- Participate in strategic meetings to share key data and optimization recommendations
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth engineering, growth hacking, or acquisition-focused project development, ideally in a SaaS startup.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment within the health sector, technology, or SaaS in France and the USA.
**Skills**:
- Fluent in both French and english.
- Strong knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Proficiency with campaign management tools (CRM, marketing automation, social networks).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to unite teams.
- Analytical mindset with a creative and results-oriented approach.
