**Your Role**
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, student manuals, and training virtual desktop environments
- Contribute to and collaborate on training strategy and roadmap
- Support the development and expansion of eLearning content
- Participate in selecting, populating, and updating a learning management system by configuring it to meet evolving requirements
- Assist with expanding a certification plan for training class participants
- Interact with Product Development, Consulting Services, and Technical Support to ensure current product knowledge, and provide product feedback
- Be able to travel globally 25%
**Your Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Computer Education, Process Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Must have 3+ years of experience delivering classroom and/or remote training to technical audiences (PLM software experience a plus)
- Must have strong written and verbal communications skills with an ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Motivated by a fast paced, team environment
- Industry knowledge relating to any of the following: PLM, Engineering Change processes, Phase Gate Project Management, Quality systems (DFMEA, PFMEA, CAPA), Manufacturing Process Planning, Requirements Engineering, and CMII change and configuration management
- Experience in any of the following verticals: Automotive, Consumer Products, High Tech, Electronics, Aerospace, or Medical Devices
- Working knowledge of relational databases (we use SQL)
- Experience with enterprise software installations and virtual platforms (we use VMware)
