In these regards, we are now looking for a NFC Software Compliancy engineer for our Radio Firmware development team in Caen

**Your role**
- Lead the compliancy test activities on NFC projects, in close relation with the Project Lead
- Elaborate and improve the compliancy test plan, in cooperation with the Project Architect
- Ensure the correct execution of the compliancy tests (mostly automated), and ensure proper reporting
- Propose and drive automated test platform evolutions
- Work in close cooperation with NFC compliancy equipment providers (HW and test suites), and compliancy laboratories

**Required skills**
- Degree/Masters in Electronic and/or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in embedded firmware testing and/or standard compliancy
- Ability to define and improve processes, especially regarding compliancy validation
- Good experience in software development, including knowledge of Python, C, and scripting (Linux, Windows)
- Good knowledge and practice of automated test platforms
- Rigorous and methodical thinking, with strong analytical skills
- Ability to travel abroad for short period of time
- This activity involves cross sites work, in a multicultural context. Ability to adapt to different customers culture as well as capacity to deal with dynamic priorities is key.

- Experience in radio firmware development (NFC, Mobile platforms )
- Knowledge of NFC compliancy standards (NFC Forum, EMVco, ISO,)

**Languages**: Fluent in English and French

**Location**: Caen (France)

**Contract**: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
