**We are looking for a **Central Europe Regional Registration Manager**:
***Mission**: In a complex and continuously evolving regional environment, the Regional Registration Manager ensures Sumitomo Chemical Agro Europe obtains and maintains in a timely manner approval of authorizations of plant protection products within the assigned geographical area Europe in coordination with the headquarters, affiliates and distributors.
**Principal Accountabilities**:

- Achieve and maintain product authorizations related to the countries in coordination with the Active Substance Registration Manager, Marketing and Development Managers according to the compliance rules.
- Manage and submit dossier needed for the compliance of the products in the related countries (composition change, labels change, packaging changes, expiry date prolongation...)
- Keep abreast of change in country requirements which can impact new and old product authorisations and timely inform internal experts and Active Substance Registration Manager. Assess and anticipate potential impact on products and timely inform Regional Team leader and Active Substance Registration Manager.
- Is the Sumitomo representative towards official experts and authorities in related countries.
- Monitor and follow up registrations progress and internal data bases.

**Required skills and profile**:
**Knowledge**:
**Master of Science in agronomy, biology, chemistry or dossiers related matters**:
**Experience & skills**:
**Minimum 3 years of experience with legislative and regulatory processes related to plant protection products at country level required (Germany or Austria preferred, or Poland)**:
**Experience in Risk Assessments is a plus**:
**Languages**:
**German speaking**:
**Fluency in English**:
**Any other language is welcome**:
**Skills**:
**Self-starter, ability to work independently, but ability to team working as well**:
**Good oral and written communication skills**:
**Tenacity and ability to achieve regional objectives**:
