**As an Implementation Specialist you will**:

- Work with multiple Motor Carriers / EDI vendors to help successfully on-board them to Blume Platform.
- Work with Implementation consultant and customer to understand timelines and scope.
- Work with off-shore team where necessary to ensure progress of onboarding.
- Participate in customer meetings to provide updates on progress.

As a member of our Professional Services Group, you will be responsible for connecting with various Motor Carriers / EDI vendor to ensure rapid and successful on-boarding of Motor Carriers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Work with Implementation consultant, Customers to set on-boarding schedule and timelines for the project.
- E-mail / call Motor carriers or nominated EDI vendors to schedule on-boarding sessions.
- Configure system to enable Motor Carriers to connect to Blume platform via EDI.
- Participate in EDI testing sessions with Motor Carriers or nominated EDI vendors.
- Develop EDI mappings for various customer requirements.
- Maintain status of on-boarding on Service Now and JIRA to ensure accurate management reporting.
- Participate in internal and customer meetings to present status.
- Adopt and implement best practices to ensure rapid onboarding process.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English + French or German; Italian or Spanish will be a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of experience managing onboarding of electronically integrated vendors.
- Experience leading new integrations with various parties using EDI transactions.
- Experience in Logistics, Transportation industry will be a huge plus.
- Experience in working in an onsite and offshore development model will be a plus.
- Proven experience with Map development converting ANSI X12, EDIFACT format.
- Experience with any of following Databases will be a plus: MYSQL, Oracle, DB2.
- Experience with successfully managing and handling customers and EDI vendors.
- Experience with ticket tracking system like ServiceNow or JIRA.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in production including root cause analysis
- Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment

- Ability to drive innovation.
