Who are we? Co-founded in 2020 by Arnaud Solal and Thomas Solal both serial entrepreneurs, C2 Capital is the new best friend of marketplace sellers which helps them to finance their growth through one day payment. How? It is very simple, for European sellers we pay tomorrow the sales they make today. In average marketplaces pay sellers in 30 days while retaining all kind of cash reserves which limit seller growth; activating C2 Capital help sellers to increase their activity by multiplying their sales up to x7 Based in Paris but with a very advantageous remote policy we are an agile team of highly skilled e-commerce specialists aiming to conquer the European market. We are looking for talented, autonomous, and eager to learn people who will help us to grow in a fast-paced environment. Tasks
Who do we need?
At C2capital, we are working to help the 120 000 EU sellers on marketplaces to grow through one day payment solution. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. Under the responsibility of our head of sales (ex-Amazon head of sales of FR Key Account Managers and EU Click and Collect New Account Managers), we are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as EU Sales development representative inbound/outbound which will be responsible to qualify our prospects. Acting as a real intrapreneur we need you to:
- Define your prospecting strategy: working hands in hands with the account executive and the partnership manager to optimize their closing and deliver our GMV targets. The Account executive will focus on new customers (sellers using our solution) while the Partnership manager will focus on new and existing partners (tiers providing large number of sellers which will use our solution such as marketplaces, integrators, agencies ).
- Implement your prospecting strategy: work with the growth marketer to source your leads, contact and qualify them and then hand them over to the account executive. Depending on your profile and will, you will also be able to close deals. We count on you to provide a thorough reporting in our CRM and use as much automation as possible, therefore you will be able to make any continuous improvement you might need (processes and/or tools).

Preferred qualifications
- Proven experience driving sales (experience min. 1 year, internship included)
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Experience in e-commerce industry (e-merchant, marketplace, integrator, agency, fintech )
- Fluency in French and English, other EU language a strong asset (DE, ES, IT)
