Teads is seeking an experienced Paralegal to assist the Teads finance and legal teams on a day-to-day basis and to coordinate corporate matters between the local offices and the holding company. The person will be key to ensuring smooth governance within the Teads group and with its shareholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Paralegal support to the finance and legal team, preparation of documents, signature, follow-up, archiving;
- Creation of the group's worldwide company register (portfolio of about 35 companies worldwide);
- Follow-up and coordination of the legal and social life of the holding company (Luxembourg) and the group's subsidiaries for day-to-day operations (annual approval of accounts, updating of articles of association, follow-up, and review of delegations of authority granted, etc.),
- Coordination and verification of deeds and documents relating to the life of the companies and internal audits before they are signed;
- Maintenance of registers, licenses, organization charts, and other documents;
- Legalization of documents, verification of documentary requirements, management of translations, signatures, obtaining notary certifications and apostilles;
- Collection and transmission of legal documents relating to Group companies, in particular in the context of KYC;
- Filing and archiving corporate documentation, in particular for the Board of Directors;
- Monitoring the fees of lawyers and other service providers in the legal department;
- Insurance: monitor exchanges and renewals

**Education**: +3 years in business law or other equivalent degrees ( DUT legal careers or ENADEP) with corporate and contract law knowledge acquired through professional experience in a law firm or company.

**Professional experience**:minimum 5 years in an international environment (within a group of companies or a law firm), with an autonomy of action

**Skills/knowledge**:

- Excellent English is imperative, both oral and written (fluency is essential),

- Able to make proposals to move complex projects forward,
- Sense of organization, priorities, and initiative,
- Enthusiastic, energetic and enjoy working in a team
