Pour l’un de ses clients, Norgay recherche un Product Manager Officer:
Une expérience en tant que pilote de projet SI combinée à une aptitude et/ou expérience en coaching / facilitation et/ou
de PMO opérationnel en accompagnement des pilotes de projets seront considérées comme des points forts.
Compétences attendues:
- Expertise fonctionnelle JIRA / Confluence
- Animation d’analyses de risques, Kickoff, REX ou d’ateliers de facilitation pour les projets
- Aide à l’analyse économique (use case, projets, EPIC, programme)
- Contribution à la formation professionnalisante des chefs de projet
- Dans le cadre des lignes de produit en mode SAFE:
- Aide à la formalisation / valorisation des EPICs
- Aide à l’animation de cérémonies de type PI planning ou séminaire de programme
Le périmètre d’intervention inclut une dizaine d’outils autour de la gestion de projet à maintenir, paramétrer, faire
évoluer et apporter de l’assistance, formation et accompagnement aux utilisateurs:
- Planview enterprise One, PowerBI, JIRA
- Visual Planning : outil supplémentaire de planification dédié à la planification des intégrations et mises
en production et à la planification des contrats (et quelques autres usages ponctuels)
- Sharepoint,
- Excel et VBA
- Liste qui pourra être complétée par tout autre outil sur le périmètre du management de projet.

disponibilité / agilité, autonomie / proactivité, esprit collaboratif, rigueur, capacité d’analyse, de synthèse, pédagogie,
bon relationnel, capacité de communication, facilitation / animation efficace de réunions.
