We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team

Spinergie is on a mission to make the maritime industry smarter and greener, and we are uniquely positioned to do it

We are looking for an experienced PM to lead one of our existing squads working on the Smart Fleet Management product where we see a lot of opportunities.

Smart Fleet Management is helping vessel owners and charterers to optimize vessel operations and reduce consumption. It is currently structured around 4 main pillars:

- Smart reporting
- Operations performance
- Vessel performance
- Voyage optimisation

The product manager will be responsible for the success of his/her product. His/her mission will consist in collecting unique insight on customers and market, finding creative product solutions and bringing excellence in building and distributing the product.

He/she will be in charge of co-leading a squad of around 5 people including developers, data scientists and a tech lead. He/she will also facilitate distribution of information between tech, design, marketing, project and sales teams

Some practical notes:

- Our product stack includes figma, notion, jira, segment and mixpanel
- We are a team of 6 PM + 1 Lead Product Designer + 1 CPO
- The Product & Tech organization is structured around 6 multidisciplinary squads

Detailed missions:
In more detail this means as a Product manager at Spinergie you will
- Autonomously run discovery phases to ensure we target the right problems and bring innovative solutions aligned with Spinergie vision,
- Collaborate on design of solutions with designers and developers to ensure that value is rightly transmitted to our end users,
- Define go-to-market strategies in alignment with our marketing and sales teams,
- Maintain a healthy product and make sure its usability and performances are of high quality.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, analysts, engineers, data scientists, and designers to manage an outcome-driven roadmap.

**Profil recherché**:
About you
- At least 2 years of product management experience working directly with engineers, data scientists, and designers,
- At least 5 years of total work experience in tech,
- Fluent English.
