We are an award-winning AI-driven platform built by a team of experts in their domain after rigorous R&D for 5 years. Currently, we are going through DASP regulations in France to become a fully regulated crypto service provider in France and then around the world.

We aspire to be the one-stop shop for retailers & institutions for all their crypto trading needs by providing AI-driven infrastructure for expert traders to build their strategies of any level of complexity with or without any coding skills & rent them to investors to generate passive income on our marketplace. And also to provide custodian, market-making & brokerage services for institutional clients.

**Requirements**:
The company needs a Product Manager & a Product Owner, but the current size doesn't allow or require 2 different positions so we are looking for someone who can wear both hats at first, and then focus on the product management aspect, once a full-fledged product owner can be recruited.This requires:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or in Management or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager and Product Owner in a fast-paced, agile environment, preferably in the Fintech industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- An agile mindset, and experience of what it means for a company and a product team
- Strong understanding of the Web3/Crypto space
- Would be a massive plus if you are aware of SaaS business models in the Fintech industry
- A high motivation & strong beliefs in the Crypto space
- Strong user orientation and user research skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset

Product Manager/Product Owner Responsibilities:

- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market analysis, customer feedback, and company goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure product success
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities to improve the product
- Communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including executives, investors, and customers
- Define and prioritize product requirements and features
- Develop and maintain the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap
- Work with the development team to ensure that features are delivered on time and meet the product requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product launches
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize its effectiveness
- Communicate progress, priorities, and issues to stakeholders, including executives, investors, and customers
- Manage the delivery dates
