Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team at Instapro Group. In this role, you will be the primary recruiter for Marketing, Finance, and Design roles across all our locations in Amsterdam, Berlin, Aix-en-Provence, London and Toronto.
Your role includes the following:
- Partnering with hiring managers; creating and executing an effective hiring strategy
- Helping identify areas of improvement in the hiring process
- Using our ATS (Recruitee) effectively
- Helping build a strong employer brand (both online and offline)
- You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Marketing/UX/Finance roles
- You have experience in independently partnering with hiring managers and communicating across all levels of the organisation
- You have strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- You have a working knowledge of ATS systems (we use Recruitee)
