Data Controller to Our ERP Project

At Trioworld we are in the starting stages of our ERP project. The project is crucial for the company, and we are now strengthening the work with a Data Controller.
**The role**
The Data Controller will play a pivotal role in standardizing, optimizing, and analyzing data across all divisions of the company. This newly created position will support the implementation and integration of ERP and BI solutions, ensuring data integrity and driving efficiency within a collaborative company culture.
Examples of work tasks:
- Define and implement the Data Management design in ERP through collaboration with project resources, process owners, governance forums, additional business stakeholders, and users.
- Guide local teams on creating and maintaining data, ensuring globally controlled data within the domain is managed effectively, with the ability to delegate workload as needed.
- Ensure data-related tasks and responsibilities are managed effectively within both ERP and BI implementations.
- Act as a key point of contact for data-related inquiries and issues.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes, tools, and methodologies within the organization.
You value good communication and co-operation, but you are also not afraid to be clear and make decisions if necessary.
You are fluent in the English language.
**Our offer to you**

The role is intended to be a ‘spider-in-the-web’ that controls master data across the group, which offers you to be a recognized and appreciated key contributor, interacting across business divisions. You will work closely with several different functions, not least business and IT, to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
Location is preferably at our site in Smålandsstenar, Sweden, but optional is also at one of our sites in Trioworld Group.
