**【Job Requirements】**: 1. Arrange staff posts daily according to the predicted cargo volume to complete the daily operation tasks. 2. Manage employees' attendance and schedule their rest days properly. 3. Supervise the operational quality of employees on a daily basis and ensure employees' safety management. 4. Review the daily operational quality and manage relevant sorting operation indicators such as timeliness and misdelivery.
