**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Solutions Implementation CSM. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our SaaS solutions to our new clients and to maintain the quality of data on the day-to-day.
The Customer Operations team is at the core of Streem’s day-to-day business, constantly liaising between our tech team, our product manager and our clients and commercials.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead end-to-end project management of the solutions implementation process for our new clients.
- Work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Establish a deep understanding of our clients’ business objectives, requirements, and KPIs.
- Develop and execute project plans that align with client goals and objectives.
- Act as a strategic partner to our clients, advising them on best practices and identifying opportunities to optimize their use of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their advocate and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor and report on project status and success metrics.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support before, during, and after the deployment of Streem Energy's solutions with the rest of the Customer Operations team
**Qualifications**:
- 3 years of experience in project management, consulting and/or customer support, ideally in the SaaS or energy industry
- Strong interest for the renewable energy market and the green transition (previous experience in the energy market would be a plus)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets
- Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate with clients at all levels and to solve problems effectively
- Strong analytical and technical skills with an ability to define, analyse, challenge or be challenged on complex dataset. Some basic knowledge of data collection and analysis tools are expected with a strong willingness to learn and improve in this area
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
