Missions principalesEn tant que Project Manager Change Offer, vos responsabilités seront:
Phase de cadrageMener le cadrage du projet avec les équipes architecture et fonctionnelles.
Phase de designParticiper et animer des ateliers Front-to-Back.
Définir la solution cible (valeur métier, sécurité opérationnelle, maintenabilité).
Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et définir la stratégie de recette.
Intégrer le projet dans la roadmap de transformation IT.
Phase de mise en ?uvreOrganiser et suivre l?implémentation.
Contribuer aux travaux d?homologation et de recette.
Préparer les supports de communication et assurer le suivi de la gouvernance.
Accompagner le changement métier en coordination avec le PM Métier.
Piloter les déploiements en production.
Profil recherchéChef de projet senior avec expérience confirmée sur les Paiements Internationaux et/ou l?offre de Change.
Capacité à intégrer les besoins d?interlocuteurs variés (Front, Middle, Back Office, Compliance, Production, Études) tout en respectant budget, planning et dépendances projets.
Autonomie, sens de la synthèse et excellentes capacités de communication.
Approche fonctionnelle et technique.
Compétences clésMaîtrise des méthodes Agile et des outils associés (JIRA, XRAY, Confluence).
Expérience solide en pilotage de projets SI (cadrage, design, mise en ?uvre, déploiement).
Anglais courant (niveau B2 minimum).
