Within the Global Banking Clients & Risks department of IT CIB, you join the Treasury Solutions Project team as a 4-person IT Project Leader. In this team, we are working on the redesign of all existing cash management offerings for corporate clients around a single platform. On a daily basis, your tasks are: - Pilot and organise the design and implementation activities of the solution in accordance with the BPCE SI roadmap. - Ensure cross-functional steering of the recipe phases of the different batches/products, ensuring compliance with the needs of Natixis, Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Epargne customers. - Supervise customer deployment and migration activities in a cross-functional manner. The technical stack used is as follows: Infosys Finacle software package, integration based on Java/Oracle components. Composed of 4 people, this team is under the responsibility of Laurent LABAT. As IT Program Manager Tréséo Natixis, you will report to the Tréséo Program Manager responsible for managing the Business & IT components of this group program, which aims to rework all existing Corporate Treasury Management offerings around a single platform. On a daily basis, and in coordination with the Group’s Business & IT stakeholders, your tasks are: - To pilot and organise the Natixis activities for the design and implementation of the solution consistent with the BPCE SI roadmap; - To manage the revenue phases of the various batches/products in order to meet the needs of the customers of Natixis, the Banque Populaire and the Caisses d'Epargne; - To manage the deployment and migration activities of customers in a transversal way. The technical stack used is as follows: Infosys Finacle software package, Java/Oracle integration. You are proficient: - Managing IT programs and projects in a multi-entity environment; - Integration of software solutions within the information system and management of producer/distributor architectures; - Account maintenance processes and cash pooling proceeds. You are: - Leader, capable of mobilizing teams towards objectives within tight deadlines; - Able to manage the activities of the various sites and provide clear reports; - Able to anticipate work, identify risks and respond to relevant alerts.
