- You will be responsible for:
The project Manager is responsible of leading/coordinating projects within the Digital Organization with accountability on delivering the expected value and projects objectives accordingly to the performance objectives in term of Planning, Cost, Quality, Scope, Benefits, and risks.

He/she represents a transversal pivot role between the client (internal or external) and a team of stakeholders, having a shared responsibility on providing a solution to a requirement and guaranty the success of the project.

Pre-project activities- The project manager assists the BRM in the opportunity and with the engagement leader the feasibility studies- He/She is responsible of the project scoping

Project activities- The project manager guarantees the respect of the project plan and objectives to provide the expected delivery to the customer. He is the representative of the BRM and the engagement leader to hold the customer satisfaction as a target. And he is the preferred point of contact of the customer during the execution phase (Build).- Leads each phase of the build, deploying the project management process.- Mastering the project communication.- The project manager is responsible of the project reporting (planning, budget, workload, delivery, quality, benefits) with the support of the PMO. In this context he is the representative of the project, towards the management in the committees

General activities- The project manager is responsible of the respect of the project methodology; thus he is responsible within his scope, of the respect of the processes and the best practices by his team.- He contributes actively on process improvement and continuous improvement in general in close cooperation with Digital Excellence

What will we love about you?

First of all, you have strong expertise in IT and software project/program management, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 considered a plus. You are proficient in project management methodologies (both agile and waterfall), portfolio management, and demonstrate solid leadership and management abilities. You are flexibility for a project management in a waterfall or agile mode

And, you are capability of understanding business needs, formalizing these into requirements and functional impacts and capability of mastering a mapping of projects interaction. You overall knowledge of functional architecture of IT components, interfaces, (and SAP modules), with specific competencies on Roquette’s business implementation.

You also show awareness on key digital concepts depending on the addressed topic

But also..
- You hold a Masters Degree (or higher education degree) in Engineering or equivalent within a domain related to Information Systems.
- You hold minimum 15 years in IT Project dept. or similar in an international environment (Project Management), including implementations of (SAP) projects, with a knowledge of industrial environment
- Fluency in English (B2 or Higher)
- Expertise in providers relationship management for a project integration / delivery and in operational management of a team composed of various profiles in terms of ; culture, technology expertise, and business expertise
- You have knowledge of project budget construction and management
- You have capability to manage and animate multidisciplinary team, culture of change management & communication
- You are rigorous and organised, able to put forward proposals and convincing arguments, and have an analytical mind.
- You are willing to travel when required (approx. 15% of the time)
