**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**

The INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM MANAGER role is situated within the Global CTO Office, focusing on the coordination of cross-functional IT transformation initiatives. The key responsibilities of this position include:

- **Project leadership**:Support the execution of large scale IT and organizational programs and projects where the CTO Office acts as a transversal coordinator and facilitator
- **Stakeholder management**:Engage with a variety of stakeholders including senior executives, department heads, international teams, IT personnel to gather requirements, build consensus, and communicate project progress.
- **Project Oversight**:

- Lead and oversee multiple IT Transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Establish and implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor program performance, using KPIs and other metrics to assess success and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding program status, achievements, and next steps.
- **Change management**:Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the transition to new technologies and processes.
- **Risk management**: Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that could impact the successful completion of transformation initiatives.

**Who Are We Looking For**
- **Educational Background**:A degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field, with advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, ITIL).
- **Experience**:

- Extensive experience in project and program management with a strong understanding of IT systems and processes.
- Proven track record of leading IT transformation initiatives across multiple regions or countries.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Familiarity with current technologies and digital transformation trends
- Understanding of ITIL processes software development life cycles and data management,
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Cultural Intelligence**: Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments
