Application Manager We provide customer contact services for large European companies and are looking for a passionate Application Manager interested in new technologies and online applications for high‑traffic services. Our contact offering is a comprehensive customer relationship solution (web, chat, video, emails, etc.) used by major European companies. Within a small team, you will be involved in customer relations and internal partner interactions, contributing to the quality and maintainability of solutions in production. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Master the functional and technical contact services and their interactions with external information systems. Understand the business and client needs. Daily contact with clients. Engage with clients during support review meetings. Manage changes to maintain solutions at operational service levels. Qualify production anomalies. Lead technical and functional services of platform components and their interactions with external information systems. Provide support for diagnosing platform malfunctions within incident and problem management. Work with first line support operations teams, system, network, and database technical teams. Continuous improvement of our processes (e.g., creation and update of operational procedures). Educational background in engineering or a university‑level degree (Bac+3 to +5) in IT. A good team spirit and synthesis skills, committed to service quality and continuous improvement.
