As the Marketing Campaign Manager - EMEA for Lonza’s Capsule & Health Ingredients (CHI) division, you will oversee impactful digital and traditional marketing strategies across the region, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This key role will leverage digital marketing to enhance CHI's market presence, supporting pipeline and conversion goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Revenue-Focused Campaigns: Design targeted initiatives for customer engagement and revenue growth, working closely with sales to convert leads.
- Regional Digital Strategy: Collaborate with global marketing to implement regional strategies that increase online visibility, drive qualified traffic, and meet revenue targets.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Utilize Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC) to manage lead nurturing and CRM activities, monitoring performance and refining campaigns to optimize impact.
- Regional Campaign Adaptation: Customize global strategies for the EMEA market, ensuring alignment with customer needs and revenue goals.
- Performance Analytics: Track and report campaign effectiveness using designated KPI’s to make real time data driven decisions to enhance performance.
- Event Support: Coordinate digital support for trade shows and events, maximizing brand visibility and revenue opportunities.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 2 years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B or life sciences, focused on EMEA.
- Strong track record in revenue-focused digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, content, lead nurturing).
- Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), and CRM systems.
- Hands -on experience with Serach, Social and Display marketing on platforms sch as but not limited to:Meta, LinkedIn and Goggle Ads
- Self-starter with the ability to collaborate with a greater complex organization
- Expertise in revenue-driven digital strategies, with an analytical approach to campaign optimization.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with sales teams to align marketing and sales strategies, drive lead conversion, and support sales in reaching revenue targets.
- Fluency in English (additional European language preferred).
