**Salesforce Architect**

Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions that address clients’ most complex digital transformation needs.

We are a summit partner on Salesforce with several thousand consultants across the world.

Faced with a growth of the Salesforce market in Europe and increased complexity of many projects, we are seeking to strengthen our team in Southern Europe through the hiring of a Salesforce Architect.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The focus of this position is on delivery:

- Participates in requirements discussions and meetings as necessary.
- Design new platform implementation to make sure that it will seamlessly fit into client’s IT ecosystem while fulfilling business requirements.
- Is heavily involved in delivery to make sure that best practices are consistently applied and provide guidance to the build team.
- Contribute to planning, design, implementation, testing, operations and process improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest platform enhancements
- Contribute to client’s Salesforce Design Authority.
- Strong customer focus, ownership, ability to dive deep into customer requirements, navigate through ambiguity and undefined problems.

**Required Mandatory experience/certifications**:

- Strong experience (10+ years) with Salesforce in Delivery roles (Developer, Tech Lead)
- A first experience in Architecture (Design of a complex multi-cloud project within a large company
- Experience of at least 5 years on Agile delivery, DevOps knowledge adapted to Salesforce a plus
- Familiarity with integration technologies (Mulesoft but also third-party ones)
- Fluent in both French and English. Other language spoken in the region (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) a plus.

- Strong work ethic and a desire to help drive a successful architectural vision across the projects.
- Ability to rapidly assimilate new information and new techniques.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills required.
- Good team player with interpersonal skills
- Sound analysis, problem resolution, team building, judgment and decision-making skills required
- Ability to travel internationally both short term & long term
