Notre équipe plus de plus de 100 Contract Managers intervient au coeur des grands projets structurants du moment : nucléaire nouvelle génération, Gigafactory européennes, parcs éoliens, photovoltaïque, construction, infrastructure, raccordements et interconnexions France-Europe Ce que nous avons à vous proposer : - Être au coeur des plus grands projets d'envergure nationale et internationale, tout en respectant votre mobilité géographique - Un programme de formation interne dispensée chaque année - Une évolution régulière (mission, responsabilité, projets internes, Practice Manager, etc.) - Un accompagnement individuel par le Mentoring - Un pôle Expérience Collaborateurs à votre écoute au quotidien - Une vie d'entreprise riche en événements collectifs (sportifs, séminaires, afterworks) Dans le cadre d'un nouveau projet industriel d'envergure, nous recherchons un Contract Manager disposant d'une expérience confirmée, capable d'intervenir sur des enjeux contractuels complexes au sein d'un environnement industriel exigeant. Votre rôle Intégré(e) à une équipe projet, vous intervenez en support des équipes opérationnelles et projets sur l'ensemble des sujets liés au contract management, depuis la phase amont jusqu'au suivi d'exécution. À ce titre, vous serez notamment en charge de : - L'analyse, la rédaction et la négociation des contrats (clients, fournisseurs, sous-traitants) - Le suivi contractuel tout au long du cycle de vie des projets - L'identification et la gestion des risques contractuels - La gestion des claims, variations, pénalités et avenants - L'interface avec les équipes techniques, juridiques, achats et finance - La sécurisation des intérêts du projet dans un contexte industriel structuré PIMAN Executive, cabinet de conseil leader dans le domaine du Contract Management, accompagne ses clients grands comptes sur leurs projets complexes, notamment dans les secteurs de l'énergie, du transport et des infrastructures publiques. Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) en contract management sur des projets d'infrastructures (travaux publics, transport, énergie…). Capacité à travailler en mode projet, avec de multiples interlocuteurs. Aisance rédactionnelle, sens de la négociation et esprit d'analyse.
