You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**

• Within the Digital Europe Middle East department, you will join the Digital Product Unit and be in charge of the product management of the mobile App experience for the EME_
• As a Product Owner, you will have a 360° view of the activities allowing you to detect opportunities until their realization, so you will actively participate in the following missions_
• Intelligence and ideation_
• _Analyze the market and Sephora's e-commerce positioning_
• _Identify new uses, and user needs and define best practices_
• _Propose new uses and implement them within the entity_
• Consulting and design_
• Understanding and framing the expressed need _
• _Analyze the risks and impacts (operational teams, prerequisites, adhesions) _
• _Contribute to the Product Vision (in line with the group strategy) with the Product Manager_
• _Define and challenge the business model of the functionalities/products_
• _Advise and work on various solution scenarios (benefits, cost, time, test & learn scenario, AB testing) _
• _Participate in internal pre-sales and impact studies, formalize the needs and type of service, estimate the project_
• _Write agency briefs _
• _Led design workshops and coordinated project stakeholders (Marketing, Functional, Technical, and external service providers)_
• _Lead the design of the pathways (information structure, navigation & customer pathways, templates, CMS, etc.) in collaboration with the UX Designers _
• _Thinking about and supporting the value proposition_
• _Ensure the quality of the product by defining the expected levels of requirements_
• Know how to listen - collect user feedback (one to one interview, focus groups, etc.) in collaboration with the UX_

• Describe the features in the form of Epics & User Stories, and prioritise them in a Backlog_
• _Maintain the Product Backlog and constantly seek to maximise the business value for users_
• _Set up a schedule, monitor the budget and follow the development _

• _Coordinate teams (business, IT, Quality, Back-Office) and manage relations with suppliers and external service providers_
• _Anticipate risks and work on solution scenarios_
• _Implement regular communication and product reporting_
• _Participate in Agile meetings (Daily Scrum Meeting, lead some meetings)_
• _Have a good understanding of technical solutions (without knowing how to code)_
• Maintenance and communication_
• _Maintain the products and follow up on corrective actions _
• _Animate the support and maintain the quality of service towards our internal customers (marketing or users of our publishing tools) and our customers and end customers (follow-up of App Stores comments)_
• _Build and maintain functional product documentation_
• _Implement interactive tools to ensure communication with our internal customers on product evolutions and product unavailability periods_
• Performance monitoring_
• Set up, monitor, and analyze performance indicators relating to the activity (Google Analytics, Business Intelligence tools, etc.)_
• _Carry out performance reporting and communicate performance trends_
• _Identify functional optimizations based on usage data (tracking tools, customer feedback)_
• _Identify AB testing scenarios if necessary_
• _Participate in the reflection and implementation of operational optimizations to reduce costs_
