With this in mind, we are looking for someone driven and passionate to join our mission
**You will**:
- Manage your own client portfolio of parents, students and individuals
- Ensure the overall onboarding of new clients
- Identify levers to improve the productivity of the team and the customer relationship
- Give advice by phone and support parents in case of technical problems
- Generate turnover through the sale of educational products & customer sponsorship
- Organise courses and be responsible for quality assurance
- Participate in the training and onboarding of new colleagues
