We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Support Administrator to join our team.

The Supplier Support Administrator plays a critical role supporting the operations supply chain functions, including administering the purchase to pay process via the purchase order system (NAV). Responsible for the back office maintenance to ensure correct data is held in NAV and providing first line support for the business.

**Key Tasks**:

- Navision administration, using the Portal & Citrix systems (PIML)
- Manage a small number of key suppliers that are high risk, i.e. hire and waste suppliers, managing invoicing/PO processes, checking off-hires and monthly calls with the suppliers to keep on top of issues before they arise
- Blanket POs - raise, monitor & receipt throughout the year
- Tradecards - order, monitor, set limits, cancel cards & review all H&S purchases
- Day-to-day management of NAV, new users and user management
- Supporting the operation with service issues and complaints, liaising with suppliers
- Raising ad-hoc POs across all businesses when required
- Assist other departments within the business
- Deliver all ad-hoc assignments as they arise and progress

**Requirements**:
**Preferred Skills**:

- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Capable of managing multiple and changing priorities. Must have highly developed time management skills and demonstrate personal initiative
- Highly organised with a methodical and structured approach coupled with well-developed problem solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills
- Self-sufficient and capable of working under own initiative with minimum guidance once trained
- Ability to work in a highly professional manner
- High degree of reliability, personal integrity, confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work from home comfortably for majority of working days, with access to travel into the closest RI branch 4x per calendar month.
