**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
Your main focus as **JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER EVENT ORGANISATION** **(f/m/d)** will be to plan and organize events in various formats. You will connect our clients, external providers and internal teams with an aim at creating unforgettable experiences. The following topics will challenge you in this position:

Coordinate** event organization projects in close cooperation with our clients and various internal departments and make sure everything runs smoothly from conceptualization up to realization.
- ** Communicate** confidently and professionally with external and internal partners.
- ** Share **project status with all relevant stakeholders regularly.
- ** Ensure** events are secured from a technical perspective.
- ** Manage **and maintain project budgets within given targets.
- ** Drive** creative ideas, concepts and strategies in communication with internal and external partners.
- ** Proactively optimize **processes around event organization.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

Experienced.** You have at least 1-2 years of experience in event organization, e.g. in an event agency.
- ** Skilled**. You are experienced in project management and you are familiar with various project management tools.
- ** Communication Driven**. You are business fluent in French and in English. You are communicative, client

- ** Technical affinity**. You are not afraid of tasks requiring manual or technical skills and knowledge.
