Retail Partner Sales Account Manager and Components Sales

This is a commissioned sales position on the EMEA Consumer Sales Team. As Retail PSAM you will be responsible for driving growth of Intel Client Computing and Graphics portfolio with assigned Retail accounts and Component Retailers in France.
- Drive Sales and Go-to-Market strategies for Intel’s CCG portfolio for revenue growth of Branded Products through named Retail accounts as well as component sales with cRetail customers
- Influences and develops partner programs to drive product placement and higher market share (slots instore and online by working with sales development account manager) to grow sell through revenue
- Initiate compelling GTM programs to accelerate sales of Intel based devices and Components with scale partners and in-house sales teams
- Develop a deep understanding of the customers business model, business imperatives and profitability drivers and align with Intel’s strategic direction and BU portfolio plans
- End-to-end customer engagement spanning a variety of functions, including purchasing, product management, marketing and sales; building a trusted relationship at all levels of the account
- Identify and develop sales opportunities, develop joint account plans to maximize the business with over the short and long-term and increase the preference for Intel based designs and solutions in conjunction with technical account managers
- Be the customer’s voice within Intel, enable your customers to make full use of the partnership with Intel by working closely with a wide range of internal support functions, BU and BU Category teams
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of hardware and software components, IT ecosystem, Retail and industry and market trends to manage and develop the business with the assigned accounts
- Develop a clear understanding of Intel's business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics
**Qualifications**:
- Deep understanding of Client Compute and Graphics business, competitive landscape and EMEA consumer market dynamics
- Deep knowledge of French Retail market and its key dynamics and players
- 6+ years strategic sales or marketing experience with an established track record of exceeding plan over multiple years with Retail and LOEM accounts
- Demonstrated Marketing skills to drive GTM for Intel products at retail accounts
- Firm technical understanding of key features and differentiators of different architectures
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action to drive results by engaging internal and external stakeholders
- Team player easily forming strong and extended networks with good communication skills and comfortable communicating at all levels up to Executive levels
- Proven sales acumen within complex environments with regards to sales and marketing
- Highly motivated and eager to constantly expand technical and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with relevant IT tools and systems
- Ability to accommodate frequent customer travel
