Partner Sales Manager

You're excited to support the generation of new and incremental enterprise business with and through System Integrators and partners, help grow delivery practices, contribute to solution development, and participate in end-to-end sales cycles alongside experienced team members.

You're curious about the B2B buyer journey and eager to learn how to support multi-thread consultative selling. You enjoy diving into a product to understand its value and can translate that knowledge into clear, compelling messages for partners.
You have an interest in how consulting firms and system integrators operate. You're ready to assist partners in shaping competitive proposals, provide constructive feedback, and actively support Sweep's sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
Finally, you're keen to contribute to improving our sales processes, sharpening our value proposition, and building key tools and assets.
Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?You'll be on the front line of the partner sales motion, helping manage and develop partner pipelines, supporting forecast accuracy, and contributing to quarterly objectives. You'll interact regularly with partner contacts as well as Sales, Marketing, and Product teams at Sweep.
To be more specific, this includes:
1. Managing day-to-day Relationships with Partners
- Support the building and maintenance of commercial and strategic relationships with key targeted partners.
- Help build, manage, and track pipeline for referral and co-sell opportunities with partners, collaborating closely with the Sales team to optimize our joint sales process.
- Coordinate lead generation activities with partners alongside Sales and Marketing.
- Contribute to GTM planning and other business development activities with partners.
- Assist in creating joint value messaging and partner-facing sales materials that drive interest from prospects and customers.
- Keep partners updated about new resources, product changes, and other impactful developments by maintaining clear communication cadences.
- Support Sweep Sales in preparing for negotiations and closing motions with partners and alliances.
- Represent Sweep at selected trade fairs and networking events when appropriate.
- Be data-driven by entering and maintaining accurate partner data and activities in Salesforce (and other systems) to ensure focus on the most promising opportunities.
2. Assess New Partnership Opportunities
- Assist with maintaining a partner account list and contribute to account plans to expand into new verticals, territories, and customers together.
- Support outbound strategies to create and nurture partnership opportunities.
- Help generate, qualify, and convert new leads through research, networking, and partner campaign execution.
- Co-organize prospecting campaigns with the marketing team, including content coordination and follow-up tracking.
- Act as a Sweep representative at partner and industry conferences and association meetings when needed.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to refine our sales process and partner playbooks.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (business, engineering, sustainability, or related fields)
- Demonstrated interest in B2B software, partnerships, sales, or consulting (previous internship, project work, student society, or relevant coursework)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with comfort using spreadsheets and CRM-like tools; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with guidance
- Interest in CSR and climate topics is a clear plus
