I am partnered with an exciting life sciences company in France in specialty care who are looking to expand their HR team.

This reports into the VP of Human Resources, and is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, kickstart a new chapter in HR, and take on a broad range of responsibilities...

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, your responsibilities include establishing and implementing HR processes in line with global standards. Key tasks involve overseeing staff transitions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, processing monthly payroll, drafting employee contracts, and supporting global HR initiatives. Additionally, you'll manage recruitment efforts, handle onboarding/offboarding processes, maintain personnel files, and contribute to international HR projects. The position also entails conducting audits, handling benefits renewals, managing compliance filings, and preparing pension reports.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources
- Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal)
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations
- Have proficiency in payroll and HR systems
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
