**Manage/Administrate Finance ERP Solution (Workday)**
- Administrate/set up ERP: security, validation workflow, custom validation
- Participate in continuous improvement of our ERP & associated processes
- Analyze functional needs considering business, technological and technical aspects
- Define/document target processes in collaboration with finance teams
- Implement the solution
- In case of development, design the change (functional specifications), follow development by development team/TMA
- Manages the implementation of the changes on the solution and ensures the quality of the changes
- Create/Update customized reports and documents
- Participate to deployment projects in case of new subsidiaries
- Support users (level 1) using incidents management system

**Manage/Support interfaces related to Finance Solutions**
- Coordinate with TMA (Third Maintenance Application)
- Support level 2

**Manage Finance related aspects within the TMS/Operational ERP (Cargowise One)**

In collaboration with the Operational Processes & Control team
- Set up finance section of the operational ERP (Invoicing, Taxes, Credit control,).
- Active participation to the continuous improvement of finance related processes and integration while ensuring strict respect of corporate rules in terms of compliance
- Support key users in the various countries

**Requirements** for this permanent contract:
You have a background in finance ERP, experience on Workday Finance is a plus. Highly organized, you are analytical, solution oriented and service oriented.

You are technology literate (applied to Finance market is a plus).

You are fluent in English. Spanish is an asset.
