Nous sommes est spécialisé dans la location courte durée de logements à Paris.

Le City Manager gère tout le parcours de mise en location : mise en valeur de l'annonce, gestion des tarifs, communication avec les locataires, gestion du calendrier de ménage et coordination avec le personnel de ménage, gestion des réclamations, gestion des imprévus.

Nous recherchons un City Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Vous serez au cœur de notre stratégie de croissance, en développant des relations solides avec nos partenaires et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.

Votre rôle se décompose en 3 missions principales:

- Prospection de nouveaux logements,
- Suivi et gestion des logements,
- développement commercial avec objectifs fixés : optimiser le remplissage des logements et s'assurer d'une satisfaction clients optimum.

D'autres missions complémentaires seront proposées.

Profil recherché

Diplômé BAC + 3 MINIMUM

Excellentes compétences en gestion de la relation client et en communication.

Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un bon joueur d'équipe.

Vous aurez des Responsabilités : il ne faut pas avoir peur de cela, au contraire il va falloir les apprécier pour votre épanouissement

Mais vous grandirez professionnellement et humainement, dans un contexte de jeune entreprise qui va entamer une phase de croissance importante

Ce poste requiert aussi une capacité à travailler à distance, il faut en ce sens que vous ayez une organisation qui le permette et une rigueur pour mener à bien les missions confiées.
