**Office & Operations Manager (H/F/X)**
**Location**: Paris, France - Hybrid

**Your Role**
As **Office & Operations Manager**, you will be the heart of our daily operations, siding with our CEO. You will ensure everything runs smoothly, covering both:
- **Operations: 50% of the job**:
- Assist the CEO in his day to day, being able to learn at the frontline while ArcaScience grows in Europe and the US,
- Get where you want to get : You are the kind of person that knows how to find your ways into companies and organisations to get meetings and interviews
- Optimize the CEO's digital footprint and personal branding
- **Administration: 25% of the job**:
- Manage employee contracts, amendments, health insurance, and leave tracking
- Coordinate payroll with our external partners
- Handle internal accounting tasks (expenses, invoices, preparation for our accounting firm)
- Optimise processes to make everyone’s work easier
- **People & Happiness: 25% of the job**:
- Organise team events, seminars, and offsites to strengthen culture and motivation
- Welcome new employees and manage their onboarding experience
- Take care of day-to-day needs (office supplies, badges, work environment improvements)
**About You**
- You are organised, proactive, and enjoy supporting others
- You combine empathy and rigour: you care about people and build clear processes
- You thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in Office Management, Operations, or HR administration, ideally in a startup or innovative environment
