You are joining the Front Office Asset Backed Securities (ABS) & Corporate Securitization team, who is looking for a **Structuring Assistant - Asset Backed Securities & Corporate Securitization** for an internship of **6 months** from **December** **2025 or January 2026.** In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: 1.Assist the team in structuring ABS/Corporate operations: - business presentations modeling / data analysis - due diligence - KYC - credit scores - prudential analysis - profitability calculations - presentations to the board of directors of the securitisation conduit - responses to requests from rating agencies 2.Manage with the help of experienced structurers the portfolio of securitization operations: monitoring of transactionsfollow-up of the P&L - drafting of annual reviews - span class="ck-list-bogus-paragraph">responses to requests from the middle office 3.
