We are looking for a Financial Risks Underwriter based in Paris la Défense.

**Your Team**
Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) offers a suite of financial lines insurance solutions specifically designed to address the liabilities of companies, managers and professionals in today’s increasingly litigious and demanding business world.

From specialist centers across the globe, we provide financial lines insurance for companies ranging from multi-nationals to smaller businesses - including a range of specialist solutions for Financial Institutions - and for individual directors and managers. And we pride ourselves on our flexibility, adjusting our underwriting to match the needs of our clients.

**The Impact You Will Have**
Reporting to the Head of Financial Lines, you will manage a part of the Management Liability Commercial (MLP) portfolio. Your role will be to develop, negotiate and underwrite insurance programmes on behalf of your clients, to ensure the development and profitability of your portfolio and to follow up the commercial relationship with clients and brokers.

**Some of your specific responsibilities could include**
- Performing technical risk analysis
- Developing insurance programmes adapted to our client's needs
- Negotiating the insurance plan with brokers and risk managers, and following up implementation
- Providing solutions for clients and prospects
- Underwriting within the framework of the Group and Branch processes
- Creating and maintaining commercial relationships with brokers and clients in collaboration with our Distribution teams
- Developing your portfolio with new prospects and products to ensure profitability and sustainability

**What You’ll Bring to the Role**
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Financial Lines Underwriter
- Knowledge of Financial Risks (products and portfolio)
- Ability to develop relationships with brokers, clients and peers
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Team player and entrepreneurial spirit focused on customer solutions
- Ability to conduct a commercial negotiation
- Fluent French and English
