As Expert Regulations Management (d/m/w), you keep the management systems together globally and ensure a constantly increasing level of integration. With your know-how, you find customer-oriented, innovative and pragmatic solutions to keep the management systems efficient today and tomorrow and to create a comprehensible and lean set of regulations. With your communication skills, you take everyone along with you on the way.

**Your tasks**
- Advice, support of the functions in the maintenance and further development of processes and guidelines
- Administration and coordination of the Renewables-wide regulations, including support of the units in the use of the IT systems in this context (e.g. Regulations Management System, Process Management System)
- Coordination between the management systems and specialist areas as well as lean, conceptual design and implementation of step-by-step improvements
- Coordination of Management System Representatives
- Maintenance of a central, database-driven regulations management system
- Supporting a sustainable Lean orientation
- Assumption of independent task packages and/or independent (partial) project management for the improvement of integration and governance
- Support for management reviews and audits
- Qualification and communication in the operating businesses and support functions regarding rules and support offers, maintenance of the intranet portal
- Collaborate with management system experts and issue coordination in advising and assisting the Operating Businesses and Support Functions to implement the requirements of the law or standards

**Your profile**
- University degree e.g. in economics, natural sciences or a comparable qualification
- Proficient in management systems, have several years of professional experience in this area and ideally have QM certification or a comparable qualification
- Continuously develop your own knowledge and, through your regular external orientation, you are in a position to know relevant developments with regard to management systems and document governance
- Work independently and proactively into the processes of the management systems and their interfaces, continuously expand your network and work cooperatively and closely with the departments
- Distinctive customer orientation and interdisciplinary skills are your hallmarks
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and have the ability to work with globally networked teams and to take them along with you during changes

**Plus, not a must**:

- Trained Management System Auditor
- Experience in process management and/or lean management
