Job Responsibilities: 1. Strategic study - Based on Cainiao global logistics layout, formulate the business development strategy in France; - Conduct research on the overseas e-commerce & express market and on specific topics of business strategy, product design, networks construction; 2. Business analysis - Assist in building a country level business analysis and management mechanism; Have deep understanding on the driving factors of business costs, define and quantify logistics key index, establish a reasonable indicator and tracking mechanism; - Collaborate with finance team to manage PNL, and push the implementation of relevant actions (cost optimization, business resource investment, pricing) 3. Express Network Planning - Be responsible for express network planning and coverage expansion, continuously optimizing network, and enhancing network stability and efficiency in Cainiao oversea market; Job Requirements: 1. >3 year working experience on logistics/express; Experience in network planning is preferred; 2. Excellence in data analytics, good self-learning ability, structured thinking skills, adapt to fast work rhythms; 3. Smart, tough, optimistic, attentive, good at communication, good sense of drive; 4. Adapt to multi-cultural and cross team cooperation work environment; 5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
