Backed by Sequoia Capital, we are scaling our European footprint and looking for a foundational member of our French leadership team.The Opportunity: What You'll DoReporting to the Country Manager France, you will be the architect of our local operational efficiency. As the Manager Strategy Operations, you will:Own B2C Inbound: Manage and optimize the entire funnel for French customers selling their products to the company.Master Logistics: Oversee outbound, local, and freight logistics across France to move thousands of units seamlessly and cost-effectively.Build Sales Operations: Create the scalable backend processes and tools to support our rapidly growing B2B sourcing team in the region.Manage Physical Supply Chain: Develop critical systems for packaging and spare parts inventory specific to the French market.Drive with Data: Use SQL to build dashboards, analyze local performance, and drive efficiency at every step.This team operates with high intelligence, high energy, and high integrity. The ideal candidate is a unique blend of analytical horsepower and a relentless drive to execute.Experience & Ambition: 3-5 years in top-tier strategy consulting, finance, or operations/supply chain with a strong academic background from a top-tier school (Grande École).Analytical Horsepower: Stellar problem-solving skills with essential proficiency in SQL.The Startup Mindset: You have a bias for action and a "hands-in-the-dirt" (terrain) mentality.
