Notre unité de Microbiologie Industrielle rassemble près de 900 collaborateurs dans le monde. Sa mission consiste à fournir aux industries agro-alimentaire, pharmaceutique et cosmétique des solutions de contrôle microbiologique afin d'améliorer la qualité et la sécurité des produits.

**Quelles sont vos missions ?**
Au sein du business ‘Industry Pharma Quality Control’, vous rejoignez l'équipe pluridisciplinaire PQC Vérification & Validation Système à laquelle vous apportez votre expertise validation produit / système informatisé.
Votre mission consiste à suivre et implémenter la stratégie de validation tout au long du cycle de vie du produit (développement, validation, support) en:
- Coordonnant l’activité de plusieurs acteurs de validation
- Réalisant la mise à jour ou la création documentaire associée à cet exercice de validation (protocoles et rapports de validation, analyse d’impact, )
- Contribuant à la réalisation des tests de validation produit
- Renseignant les résultats de test
- Analysant les résultats
- Renseignant les éventuelles déviations, anomalies, changements
- Analysant les root cause éventuelles des défaillances.
**Quel est votre profil ?**
De formation Bac +5 minimum avec une spécialisation en biologie et une appétence pour les systèmes informatisés, vous avez une première expérience professionnelle réussie de 5 ans minimum en validation produit et/ou système informatisé dans un environnement d'industrie pharmaceutique.
La connaissance des aspects réglementaires & exigences GMP pharmaceutiques (notamment 21 CFR part 11,210, 211) sont nécessaires.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais (oral et écrit).
Une expérience autour du design validation et / ou validation de méthodes microbiologiques est vivement souhaitée.
Vous êtes animé d’un bon esprit d’équipe et avez une expérience dans le management transversal pour coordonner les activités. La relation avec les interlocuteurs projets & les membres de l’équipe est au cœur de la mission et réclame une forte intelligence contextuelle, un sens relationnel développé et une forte capacité d'écoute et d'adaptation. Vous êtes d’un naturel rigoureux, autonome, organisé et êtes capable de mener de front plusieurs projets.
Des déplacements inter sites sont à prévoir notamment à Craponne.
