**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Owner of revenue, profit/loss, overall client relationship and growth objectives
(opportunity identification & ownership) for a Strategic account
- Cultivate & steer relationships with client Business C-suite (executive client leadership:
CEO, COO, CFO) & other investment decision makers within the client org.
- Responsible for identification & qualification of growth opportunities through
consultative selling, and for shaping and closing deals.
- Responsible for hunting new deals on the account, and farming around existing deals.
- Responsible for driving & ensuring operational excellence in the target account, being
involved on project staffing, project delivery follow-up, Client satisfaction, etc.
- Operating in Partner mode on the account with animation of an extended team
(Contract manager, sales specialist, delivery )
- KPIs: Booking, Backlog, Billing, Margin
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Knowledge of the sector FSS
- Account management experience
- Ability to commercially cover complex structures in the banking sector
- Good network in banks
- Deal shaping skills of services projects
- Infrastructure expertise
- Digital transformation skills, and in particular in infrastructure services
- Setting up of shared service centers
- Transformation projects such as move to cloud, containerization, implementation
of hybrid cloud
- Design, build and run of vertical infrastructure projects (security, network,
datacenters )
