La Banque Postale Consumer Finance pour sa nouvelle fintech Django

Rattaché(e) au Head of Growth de Django, vous serez responsable de projets transverses impliquant de multiples équipes et produits. Vous coordonnerez les efforts de tous afin de mener à bien ces projets de transformation, en lien avec le Produit et la Technique.

Environnement technique:

- Cloud Azure
- Développement backend (Java) et frontend (React)
- Intégration de solutions (CRM, core banking, PSP...)

Missions:

- Prendre part aux spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques
- Identifier les dépendances techniques et/ou fonctionnelles
- Assurer la livraison des projets dans les délais, en respectant scope et budget
- Coordonner les ressources (internes, externes, éditeurs, intégrateurs...)
- Garantir la qualité des livrables en assurant que le bon niveau de contrôle qualité est mis en œuvre
- Améliorer nos process de delivery
- Communiquer de manière transverse sur nos plans projets et notre capacité à faire
- Gérer la relation avec nos partenaires techniques impliqués dans vos produits

Profil:

- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet / programme, en environnement technique
- Vous avec une formation type Bac +5
- Vous avez une expérience en gestion de projets transverses impliquant plusieurs expertises et parties prenantes
- Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais (écrit et oral)
