**Your Responsibilities**:
As our Training Specialist (M/F/d) - Sales & Tech, you will be responsible for educating our partners, customers and colleagues in various formats on our Document Management software solutions. Due to your experience in training and your passion for software, you ensure an optimal knowledge transfer.
Your responsibilities will include:

- The conception, organization, implementation and maintenance of technically and sales-optimized trainings in France.
- You will organize the execution of classroom trainings, mainly remote, as well as webinars/e-learnings/videos.
- You will work closely with the international Academy team and take care of all administrative matters related to the courses, participants and communication.
- In addition, you translate training elements and training-related texts.

**What you need to succeed**:

- You have a completed degree in a technical and/or sales related field.
- You already have experience in a comparable function, ideally in the areas of software training, (pre)-sales or support.
- Additionally, you have a very high technical understanding and affinity to IT as well as didactic and methodological knowledge in the field of training and qualification.
- You are characterized by a high level of communication skills and a confident handling of modern presentation media.
- You have excellent French and English communication skills.
- You are willing to travel occasionally.
