In this role, you will design and deliver innovative programs that focus on people, products, tools and systems, customer experience, and evolving store needs, ensuring both current and future success.With our rapidly growing retail organization, this role offers a unique chance to grow and may provide future opportunities to take on broader responsibilities at the Southern Europe level.Your MissionAnalyze store teams’ performance and skills, identifying training needs in collaboration with Store Leaders, the Area Lead, and the Regional Training Lead EMEA.Develop a comprehensive training plan and calendar for retail stores in your area, considering seasonality and business objectives.Adapt global training initiatives for your area, ensuring content is delivered effectively and drives measurable behavioral change among Store Advisors to consistently deliver a premium experience.Strengthen store leadership through targeted training programs, ensuring effective execution of shop floor leadership.Conduct regular store visits to observe premium service, provide timely feedback to store leadership, and create actionable plans to maintain consistent service quality.Monitor service KPIs, including Mystery Shopping, Google Reviews, and NPS, generate insights, and collaborate with store leadership to drive actionable improvements.Demonstrate training effectiveness through post-training initiatives, such as quizzes, surveys, and other assessment tools.Maintain high levels of product knowledge and customer experience by promoting the adoption and completion of online training tools.Oversee the retail onboarding program for Advisors and Leadership, supporting the integration of new starters into the store.Lead the onboarding program for new store openings to ensure successful launches and instill a strong learning culture from day one.Coordinate and support the development of In-Store Trainers within your area.Provide ongoing in-store training support, coaching, and development to teams as needed.Your story5 years of experience within premium or luxury environments, including 2–3 years in Training Manager, Area Trainer, or frontline leadership roles. Candidates with a strong leadership background, a service-oriented mindset, a passion for coaching teams, and the ambition to grow a career in retail training are encouraged to apply.Proven experience delivering and facilitating content to retail audiences in person, virtually, and via digital platforms.Strong ability to analyze qualitative observations and quantitative data to design practical, actionable training plans.An ability with effective rapport building, inspirational, and influential to your training audience and business partners. Passionate about learning and developing talent, with a personal eagerness to learn quickly and adapt.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to design and deliver innovative training programs, demonstrating resourcefulness, agility, and creativity with limited resources.Skilled in creating and adapting engaging training content using tools such as Google Slides and digital learning apps.Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.Strong observational skills with the ability to provide quality feedback that drives retail excellence, effectively communicating insights to store leadership and teams.This is a field-based role focused on training, requiring regular travel across stores in Paris, with occasional visits to other regional locations.Fluent in English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of additional European languages, such as Spanish and Italian, is advantageous.About the TeamYou will be based at On’s Paris Flagship Store on the Champs-Élysées and work hybridly from our Paris office. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver training across all levels for the Paris store and surrounding area locations.Working closely with the Area Lead and the Regional Training Lead EMEA, you will set training priorities for each store and implement global programs. You will oversee the In-Store Trainers in your area, balancing your time between facilitating training sessions and coaching teams directly on the sales floor to develop skills and drive performance.Everyone's very proud to work here.
