We aim to produce sustainable, affordable, high-capacity, longer-life batteries as a** cleaner alternative to current energy sources**. We create an R&D center and new state-of-the art facility in France (New Aquitaine), with gigafactories to be built in Hauts de France and Germany.

**Job description**:
Until 2030, ACC will build and bring to industrial operation 3 Gigafactories of 3 blocks each in France, Germany and Italy. For the production of automotive cells at each of the sites, energy consumption needs need to be established and continuous supply ensured throughout the gigafactory lifecycle.
As a senior project manager, you will be expected to coordinate the definition of the energy consumption needs of each of the 9 GF blocks, the locally available grid connection options, as well as energy sourcing options locally and via PPA in close relationship with the ACC Industrialization and Building Departments, as well as with the Energy Purchasing Division and all three future GF sites.
Your missions will involve to:
Define/Establish
- A concerted overview of energy consumption requirements of each of the 3 GF sites as well as technical grid connection availability and development options
- A concerted overview of energy and electricity production options for each of the 3 sites, including firm overview of CAPEX, OPEX, NPV and
- A concerted overview of electricity generation and sourcing financing and operation schemes
Build
- Energy Sourcing Roadmap to present to ACC COMEX for decision
- Once approved, implement this Roadmap
- An ACC-internal dynamic around reliable site energy provision, keeping consumption as low and green as possible
Guarantee
- Challenge, compare and guarantee the correctness of consumption, production and financing figures of all departments to serve as the gatekeeper and final validator before information goes for decision to COMEX
Lead
- A transverse project team of senior energy and industrial experts and senior energy purchasers
Contribute
- to ACC’s culture promoting a firm commitment for low energy consumption and green electricity sourcing
**Profile**:
**Knowledge / Know how**
Demonstrated project management skills and tools
Demonstrated general knowledge of industrial energy supply and energy project development
Knowledge of a broad range of technologies including PV+Storage, Wind, Biomass, Geothermal,
Financial savvy in comparing different electricity development and sourcing options
**Experience (domain, number of years)**
5 - 10 years in a comparable position.
**Qualifications (diplomas, )**
Master in Engineering or in Business with demonstrated learning of energy-sector topics.

Concertation of various internal and external experts and stakeholders
Ability to present complex information concisely
Prepare and validate internal information for COMEX-level decision-making.

This position can be located in Bordeaux, or in Paris with frequent travels to Bordeaux and in Europe.
